I build custom Discord bots specifically for fandom Discord servers with optional hosted on my own hardware.

Bot pricing

Fun Bot

$25-40

Welcome and farewell messages with customizable text
Up to 5 slash commands
Fun commands and novelty behavior
No database upkeep or persistent user data
Example features: greet/farewell bot, quote generator, 8ball command

Utility Bot

$60-80

Database integration for persistent user data (e.g. levels, currency, etc)
Up to 7 slash commands
External API integration (e.g. Derpibooru, weather APIs, etc)
Multi-user features (e.g. a user leaderboard for whatever metric)
Example features: leveling system, moderation/audit logging, Derpibooru image lookup, currency system

Custom Bot

$100+

Both fun and utility bot features
7+ slash commands
Multi-system with significant custom logic
Persistent state across multiple features at once
Example features: full-fledged economy system, inventories, item shop, event tracker, multiple API integrations

Bot hosting fee: +$5/month per bot

Database hosting fee: +$2/month per bot

Terms

Payment:

Development begins after full payment of the standalone bot (see prices above). Hosting fees will be billed monthly via Ko-fi; this will cover upkeep and maintenance. Hosting can be cancelled at any time, to which you will receive the bot's source code upon cancellation.

Revisions:

Three rounds of revisions will be part of every commission, while additional revisions will be quoted separately.

Ownership:

You own the bot, its source code, and associated data. You can request all of the above at any time.

Hosting:

I offer full-time hosting on my home server for a monthly fee (see above). Although I don't guarantee 100% uptime, outages will be addressed promptly, and backup solutions are in place in case of anything catastrophic.

Refunds:

No refunds after development has begun. However, if I am unable to complete the project for any reason, you will promptly receive a full refund.

What I won't do:

Bots designed to raid, spam, or harass other users or servers, or anything that violates Discord's terms of service.

SpookyPone

Halloween event bot for the RandomPlace Discord server

In Halloween of 2023, I built and maintained a Halloween event bot for a 500 member brony Discord server. It handled time-sensitive/orchestrated events, real-time user data tracking, and player leaderboards.

BankingBot

Full-featured economy bot in 99 servers

I developed and maintained a full-featured economy bot with features such as inventories, leaderboards, an item shop, lotteries, gambling, and profiles. It reached approximately 99 servers through organic discovery with paying users.
